BTCG’s direct client is looking for a Lead Data Integrity Analyst located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In this role you will work at the intersection of business & technology combining a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing system management. The incumbent will focus on supporting and improving the existing finance technology while driving the strategic finance technology roadmap. The role will lead the optimization of finance systems by ensuring straight-through data processing and data integrity while enhancing the user experience and support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects and phases of assigned projects
  • Support system enhancements and project implementations through requirements documentation, gap analysis, system tasks and post go-live support
  • Review and approve test scripts associated with enhancement and project initiatives
  • Monitor master data and business processes to ensure adherence to global standards and end-state design
  • Lead exploration of new system solutions to address business needs
  • Provide financial business process and system expertise/guidance to global business partners
  • Research and respond to system-related inquiries using root cause analysis and effectively communicating the solution
  • Laisse with the business and IT to identify issues, define requirements, communicate solutions, and ensure the system continues to support evolving business initiatives
  • Perform various system transactional tasks and reporting as needed
  • Promote usage of all implemented tools and proactively identify system solutions to standardize and streamline business processes (system short-cuts, ad-hoc reports, automation, etc.)
  • Communicate financial business process and system solutions to peers across regions and platforms
  • Create training documentation and/or conduct system training for business partners on all implemented tools
  • Strictly comply with all compliance and business policies including SOX cycles, SOPs, internal & external audit requirements, and system security protocols
Required:
  • Minimum of a 4-year college degree in Business, IT, Finance or Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel lookup and reference functions
  • Minimum of 3 years of SAP ERP enhancement and run support experience
  • Knowledge and experience working with SAP standard configuration, experience with core FICO, MM & SD processes and transactions as well as the ability to conduct a root cause analysis on system issues and data inconsistencies
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and team building skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and plan effectively, initiative to follow through on directives and knowledge and sensitivity to global partners/cultures/norms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • This role may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
Preferred:
  • An advanced degree in business, accounting or computer science is preferred
  • Working knowledge of tools like SAP BI, OneStream, Tableau and Alteryx is desirable
  • Experience in supporting business applications such as Ariba, Concur, and Blackline is helpful.
