The role

Horizons Regional Council manages the natural and physical resources of the Manawatū – Whanganui Region. A crucial part of the role is ensuring natural resources are used in a sustainable manner. In these roles you will have direct interaction with clients to give clear consenting advice as well as processing of resource consent applications.

About you

You will enjoy building positive relationships and your exceptional problem solving skills will be what makes you stand out from the crowd. You will be tertiary qualified in planning or a related field. Previous experience in processing complex resource consent applications is desired. So if you like the challenge of working in a dynamic and innovative team, then we would be interested in receiving your application.
