Whanganui, New Zealand Reference: 6582032 Customer Services Officer About the Role A permanent full-time opportunity within our Customer Experience group, initially working with the Recycling team responding to customer queries about the new recycling service, then moving into our Contact Centre team. You will assist with maximising the customer experience by providing accurate information, advice, and assistance to all external and internal customer enquiries either via the Contact Centre or the front counter. You will deliver exceptional customer service directly to our community by:- Assisting customers with enquiries and payments
- Providing information on Consent and Licensing enquiries
- Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Are positive and driven
- Have strong listening and problem solving skills
- Are able to stay cool under pressure and de-escalate a situation
- Have the ability to adapt and be resilient
