Location: Wellington Type: Permanent / Full Time Reference: 860169 Payroll System Specialist – 12 month Fixed Term H2R Consulting are currently looking for a talented Payroll Systems Specialist. This is a position to assist with the Payroll Project. It reports directly to the Payroll Project Manager. The role: The organisation’s payroll provider is in the midst of its system upgrade and Cloud upload to the latest versions of software for payroll and self-service, which will provide additional features such as workforce management and automated workflows. This position will work in conjunction with the Project Manager – (Payroll), providing subject matter expertise to ensure the functions resulting from the system upgrade are fully tested and meet the organisation’s requirements, including compliance with legislation and policy. The first phase of our project is due to be completed shortly, which they should be able to support with current resource, however, the next phase will be moving the current payroll system into a Cloud based environment. As part of this process they’re going to be changing the way they capture leave; moving away from hours to days/weeks. They also just kicked off a project to roll out Time and Attendance/rostering system that will integrate with the current payroll system.

  • WFH ability (hybrid)
  • Start and finish times are negotiable / flexible
  • Base pay: $110,000 – $128,000 (top end)
  • Open to Contractors also if rates are within budget
