About the Company: A reputable construction company requires a Business Analyst/Project Manager to join them for a specific HR implementation project. About the Role: T he role begins with your Business Analyst hat on, with discovery work and engaging with various stakeholders to gauge the current state of play. This work could be done in 20 hours over the course of 2 months, or 40 hours within a shorter period- depending on what works for you (although it does need to be done during business hours). You will then get an opportunity to put your Project Manager hat on, and get involved in the implementation of the new HR system, ensuring that it meets the needs of the business, stakeholders, and end users. The entire duration of this contract could be around 4-5 months, depending on the implementation work required. About You: Due the duration of the contract, we can only consider highly experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers who are comfortable working in a dual role. Ideally you will understand the complexities of a construction environment, and be able to work with a large variety of end users.
