About the Role: As our Business Units across Genesis transition from strategy creation to strategy activation, this role will play a key part in enabling the delivery of Gen35 through the people strategy. We have some ambitious goals as a business and ensuring we have the right people and skills to deliver on our strategy will be critical. Working alongside the GM People Partnering, you'll partnering with Executive and Senior leaders of our Wholesale business unit to implement relevant strategic people plans and initiatives. Key Accountabilities:
- Talent Management and succession planning and help to imbed performance frameworks.
- Develop and implement workforce plans.
- Support the BU to develop and implement their DE&I plans.
- Oversee the renegotiation of collective agreements, supported by P&C Partner
- Develop business units people plan
- Coach and mentor wider P&C team to help build capability and support the implementation and delivery of the P&C operating model
