We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate staff member for our Palmerston North store. Don't have jewellery experience? No problem! We will provide you with training. The Role:
- You must be flexible and available for extra hours when needed.
- Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture
- Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and assist in achieving store target
- Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing "can-do" attitude
- Support your team
- Focus on attention to detail, diligence and maximising efficiency and time
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic - a real "people" person
- You will be professionally presented, well-spoken and experienced in retail sales
- Show an understanding of procedures for handling customer complaints and enquiries
- Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty and pride in the store.
