- Serve as a super user of our people systems, providing training and support to managers.
- Experience: Proven experience in HR operations and administration, with a track record of leading teams and driving efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with team members.
