Roles and Responsibilities :

• ● Work with customers, technical architects, and consultants to define the data requirements and structure for Business Intelligence (BI) applications
• ● Design and development of our clients Domo's data analysis platforms
• ● Develop strategies with other staff to optimise the usage and efficiency of Domo's data analysis platform
• ● Develop methods and tools to monitor the performance and reliability of Domo's data analysis platform.

Qualifications

• ● 1+ year experience working with Domo (Mandatory), ideally Domo Certified
• ● 3+ years software development experience in any OOP language (Java, C#, C++)
• ● Knowledge and Experience in SaaS and Enterprise Database technologies
• ● Knowledge and Experience in horizontal scaling, delivering Software as a Service
• ● Knowledge and Experience in ETL and BI/Reporting
• ● Knowledge and Experience in OO, SOA and Web Services (RESTful preferred) patterns and practices
• ● AGILE and SCRUM methodologies knowledge
• ● Knowledge and Experience in Snowflake and Zoho will be highly regarded
• ● Working knowledge in development tools and processes, such as source control, requirement spec, design and design review, debugging, unit test, system test, performance test, etc.
• ● Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communication skills and professional etiquette
• ● Ability to communicate and interface with technical and non-technical members of the organisation and with clients through the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for various stakeholder groups
• ● Experience in the Education sector will be highly regarded
• ● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems OR a related field or equivalent professional development experience
• ● Can speak Bahasa Malay
