We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join our team! In this role you will collaborate across the content delivery team to guarantee the seamless and efficient resourcing of our content projects. A substantial part of the role involves recruiting, onboarding and overseeing contractors and contractor-led project initiatives. Additionally, the role will play a vital role in supporting process optimisation, reporting, and managing our documentation. What you will do:
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee contractor recruitment, from sourcing to interviewing, ensuring alignment with project needs
- Manage contractor engagements, providing guidance for successful project outcomes
- Efficiently onboard and offboard contractors, ensuring access to necessary systems and documentation
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes for content projects
- Present recommendations for process improvements to senior leadership
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to increase efficiency and operational excellence
- Generate regular recruitment effectiveness reports and analyse data for trends
- Maintain accurate documentation of project processes and workflows
- Ensure accessibility of documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Supervise Content Support process, including direct management of our Content Support Specialist
- Manage external feedback channels and produce necessary reports
- Experience in a similar operational role
- Management or lead experience, supporting a direct report
- Demonstrated experience of process improvement and enhancing delivery processes to increase efficiency
- Experience in talent sourcing and facilitating the recruitment process
- Demonstrated delivery/operational mindset
- Exceptional time management abilities and multitasking skills
- Documentation & reporting experience with a data-driven/analytical mindset
- Proven track record of collaborating with a wide variety of teams/stakeholders
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in the education/ed-tech industry (desirable)
