- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead to closure, and meet sales targets.
- Schedule and coordinate outstanding product demos for prospective companies that will result in sales conversions.
- Prospect new corporate accounts to sell the company's products and services.
- Manage existing customers to retain their business and upsell new products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales, and scheduled customer appointments.
- Collect and analyze information, and prepare data and sales reports.
- Attend workshops to keep abreast of technology trends and acquire additional knowledge needed for the job.
- Continuously generating prospective customers and referrals for the business.
- Conduct sales activities by driving regional revenue and promptly closing sales opportunities.
- BA / B.Sc degree or equivalent.
- Must have experience selling a SaaS product.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and HRMS solutions and familiarity with using CRMs.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven industry experience in a software sales position.
- Experience in corporate sales management.
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
