DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role Exclusive Networks Turkiye is expanding the team and is looking for a Sales Support Specialist, reporting directly to local company management. In charge of driving end-to-end processes for sales support operations with the Channel sales team, vendors, and partners. As the Sales Support Specialist , you will:
- Key contact for the Internal Channel Sales Team, developing Sales Support Operations at all levels of Internal Business teams, partners and vendor organization.
- Work closely with the Channel Sales Team to keep the CRM updated, preparing reports and following up.
- Support the Channel Sales Team in preparing a quote, orders, shipments, etc. ( all operations pre and after-sales processes.)
- Being the owner of the Demo device environment from shipment, re-call and operational requests of Sales and Technical teams.
- Manage and follow operations to Partners, Vendors and End-user processes with the directive of The Channel Sales Team.
- To support all operations in Sales and Marketing activities.
- New graduate from University or preferentially 2 year experience.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office
- Highly motivated, be solution-oriented.
- Open and believe in self-development and continuous self-learning.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Clear communication & analytical skills
