We’re looking for a Systems & Support Analyst to join our Core IT Team team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Support and Operations Manager. Woolworths New Zealand’s Tech team provides services across all infrastructure, hardware, software and applications for the support office and distribution centres, including some in-store technology.  We truly support each other and have a strong collaborative culture that fosters development. Not only will you be a part of Countdown New Zealand's team you will also be a key liaison with our counterparts in Woolworths Australia to support the roll-out of policies and projects for the group.  About the Role | Mō te Tūranga This role is to provide quality technical support services to all customers in a professional, responsive and effective manner for desktop computing hardware, software applications, mobility devices and numerous other technology solutions. The resposibilities include: Provide initial onsite analysis for problems with network infrastructure and ensure that these are referred onto Vendors or Support Teams in a timely manner. Support IT policies, Standards and initiatives across all local IT systems and platforms. Support the technical requirements for new stores, distribution centres and support offices across New Zealand. Provide face-to-face and remote support. Get to know your customers and their business directly in order to best advise them with their technical needs. To be successful in this role you will be a positive and approachable person with a can-do attitude who is willing to learn and happy to provide Level 1-3 support.  We are looking for someone that can work collaboratively across the team and wants to keep developing their skills. You will have a sound understanding of the Google Suite along with experience with Active Directory and of Microsoft Windows Domain environments.
