As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a key player in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our new clients. Your role will encompass simplifying complex marketing concepts for clients, conducting deep discovery sessions to understand their goals, and providing regular updates on their campaigns' progress. The Ideal Candidate:

  • Brings 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, sales, or consulting, preferably in marketing.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, paid advertising, content creation and digital PR.
  • Excels in clear, concise communication, simplifying complex topics for clients.
  • Shows excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, establishing credibility with clients and team members.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, capable of working both autonomously and within a team.
  • Embraces a positive, empathetic, and energetic demeanour.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or strategy consulting is advantageous.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary information is collected and understood.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges, creating tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear explanations of services and setting campaign expectations.
  • Regularly update clients on campaign progress, sharing key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align campaigns with client goals and expectations.
  • Proactively address client concerns and questions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices.
