Redstone Commodity Search are working with an Agricultural Derivatives Brokerage looking to hire grains derivatives broker covering LATAM and/or US. Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across North and or South America, understanding client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Execute buy and sell orders efficiently, monitor market conditions for optimal trades.
• Conduct thorough market research so you can provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Assess and manage risk exposure, developing and implement hedging strategies.
• Reports into Global Head of Derivatives.

• 5+ years of experience in derivatives broking, active transferrable book of clients.
• In-depth knowledge of grains market fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is advantageous.
• Actively working with futures and options, experience with exotic products.
• Located in either Miami, New York, Chicago or South America, unable to relocate candidates from outside of America.
