The Role The cataloguer and valuer’s assistant will write and research stock descriptions, as well as assist in jewellery valuations, developing relationships with clients and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Research and accurately describe stock pieces.
  • Answering phone calls, and taking in and managing customer valuations
  • Assist with company PR and social media, liaise with stylists and photographers when pieces are used for press.
  • Assist with sales on online platforms, conducting remote sales with customers over email and telephone
Ideal Experience & Competencies
  • An understanding of and passion for gemstones and antique jewellery: GIA/Gem-A qualifications essential.
  • Cataloguing experience: minimum one year in a previous role
