Developed by UK optometrists, Ocushield has sold over 150,000 products worldwide and is used by employers such as JP Morgan and the NHS. Ocushield has also been featured in Forbes, Dragons' Den, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal and CNET. Ocushield has a global outreach, currently operating in over 149 countries. This role will look after our new online eye screening test, with customers such as AON, Charles Tyrwhitt and Benenden Health - we need a ambitious individual to manage the product with a bit of account management alongside the founding team. Role Description

  • Salary up to £36k per annum
  • 1 day a week in the office (zone 1/2, London) - 4 days remote
Position Overview We are seeking an adaptable and visionary Product & Account Executive to drive both product development and account management for our Online Eye Screening SaaS. In this dual-role, you will play a crucial part in refining the product vision, leading innovation, and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. Responsibilities: 60% Product Executive: Product Leadership and Vision:
  • Lead the development and refinement of the product vision in collaboration with the founder, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Drive the product strategy, incorporating innovative solutions and staying ahead of industry trends.
Customer Collaboration:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, including employers, healthcare partners, cash plans, and benefit providers.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product development initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Oversee efforts to iterate and enhance the product based on customer feedback, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the product's effectiveness and user satisfaction.
40% Account Management: Client Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide ongoing support, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Account Growth:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives and align our product offerings to meet those needs.
Founder Partnership:
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to align product development and account management with the company's mission, values, and overarching strategy.
  • Provide strategic input to the founder, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the overall success and growth of the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (3) in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Drive to improve peoples lives by working on eye care related products
  • Prior experience in account management or client engagement of 1 years +
