Job Title: Process Analyst (BPMN) Company Overview: Our client, a dynamic organization in the business process optimization space, is seeking an experienced Process Analyst with strong expertise in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) . This role offers a 3-month contract opportunity, operating outside IR35, and requires immediate availability. Role Summary: As a Process Analyst , you will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes using BPMN. Your ability to understand complex workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process efficiency will be essential. Key Responsibilities: Process Mapping: Create detailed process maps using BPMN notation, capturing as-is and to-be states. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, pain points, and improvement opportunities. Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation within existing processes. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and management. Documentation: Prepare clear and concise process documentation, including swimlane diagrams, flowcharts, and SOPs. Change Management: Assist in implementing process changes and monitor their impact. Industry Experience – Telecommunications programme experience key Project Experience – Network/Fibre Programme Experience a must Qualifications: BPMN Expertise: Experience of hands-on experience with BPMN modeling and process analysis. Process Improvement: Proven track record of optimizing business processes using BPMN. Stakeholder Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Tools: Familiarity with BPMN tools (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, Camunda). Must have extensive Telco Experience
