SuccessFactors Consultant Job Description: The role involves shaping application design, adhering to an established implementation process, and ensuring timely project milestones. Collaboration within an international team, work will be conducted both remotely and on-site to deliver and support SAP SuccessFactors deployments, playing a vital role in European operations. Qualifications:
- Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Demonstrated experience leading a minimum of two end-to-end implementations of SF Compensation, and supporting or leading at least one end-to-end SF Variable Pay implementation.
- Strong technical acumen with a willingness to continually expand knowledge.
