Private Client Solicitor Inhouse Remote working or office working Nationwide £32,000 - £40,000 (+ Bonus) A Private Client Solicitor is required to join an in-house organisation on either a remote working basis or those who would like to go into the office, multiple offices nationwide. This exciting permanent position is part of a large expansion of the estate planning team. The role of the Private Client Solicitor;
- You will have a supervising solicitor job title, and be responsible for supervising paralegals, reporting directly into the Team Leader.
- Assisting the team with queries and requests in relation to lasting powers of attorney, wills and trusts
- Review the documentation of wills, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA); making sure all documentation is accurate and as per client’s instructions
- Feed-back on necessary changes that may be required to meet that client’s objectives
- Work closely with colleagues and the wider team through cases and providing technical support
- Provide quality assurance to make sure all compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Have worked within a Private Practice or In-House setting ideally
- Be qualified as a Solicitor/CILEX/STEP or with equivalent experience
- This role would be well-suited to those that have at least 18 months pqe
