Job Description

Based in Turkey and reporting directly to the Global Operations Manager, you will be responsible to manage the front-end operations for our consumer goods inspections business in the EMEA region. A perimeter of 200+ inspectors, with ambitious targets of service level (same day report delivery, claim rate, etc…). Your main responsibilities will be to: - Supervise a team of 200+ internal quality inspectors and external partners, all over Europe, Africa and Middle East and oversee their performance through Key Performance Indicators. - Act as a trainer and coach, provide technical support and guidance to inspectors, and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits. - Hire and grow a team of high potentials talents within your perimeter, to anticipate internal growth and new businesses’ integration. - Build the sense of belonging to QIMA for all members of the team, including the freelance inspectors. - Promote and enforce a culture of integrity and impartiality within the inspection’s team. - Lead the claim investigations received from clients and implement the corrective action plans. - Propose solutions to improve the standards and level of service, following claims or process audits. - Represent QIMA during meetings with customers to support the sales development in the region, provide technical expertise, and kickoff inspection programs. - Oversee all operational aspects of the inspection program of the KA clients in the regions. - Optimize and reduce costs in the region.

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you must have: · Master’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited University or any related Degree · Strong experience or education in Quality or Production Management · A proven track record of minimum 2 years in a successful team management role · Passion for data and performance management tracking, strong analytical skills · Ability to travel all over EMEA to meet your team members and to visit factories · Excellent written and spoken command of English, Turkish or Arabic would be a strong plus
