- Understand engineering construction specifications, be familiar with installation quality requirements, and have risk identification awareness;
- Have good communication skills, be able to express problems accurately, and track problems until they are closed;
- Have experience in OSP survey and design, and be able to independently support, organize, and implement OSP survey and design work.
- Complete LLD design according to customer requirements and standards, and have independent survey and design capabilities;
- Organize and manage subcontractors to carry out external survey and design work;
- Be familiar with and skilled in using planning and design software (Google Earth/AutoCad, etc.) for network planning and design
