The company is located in Cambridge, United Kingdom. What you would do:
- Keep the founders organized by managing their inboxes and calendars.
- Track and follow up on tasks, meetings, and deliverables across various teams.
- Assist in scaling the founders up to handle the growing workload effectively.
- Set up and manage sales and product pipelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a communication hub, keeping the founders informed of opportunities, requests, and meetings.
- 2-5 years' experience working in an Executive Assistant-like role, ideally for Founders of a high-growth company
- A commercially minded generalist capable of handling various aspects of the business, including marketing, commercial, product, engineering, legal, and HR.
- Possess a quasi-MBA type of mindset, with the ability to understand and contribute to different facets of the business.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
