We are excited to present a fantastic seasonal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Seasonal Charter Operations Executive.   Position:  Seasonal Charter Operations Executive (Fixed-term / Summer Position)  Role Overview:   As a Seasonal Charter Operations Executive, you will play a vital role within our team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our charter flight services throughout the bustling summer season. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks, allowing you to cultivate valuable skills in a dynamic, fast-paced industry, particularly working with global live music tours.   Key responsibilities include:  • Undertaking a variety of duties related to aircraft charter. • Assisting with pre-charter flight administration – including checking NOTAMS, airports, weather, and aircraft. • Collaborating on data entry tasks and database construction. • Assisting with flight monitoring, including night shifts and weekend coverage as necessary (flexibility is essential). • Liaising with operators and FBOs. • Coordinating ancillary services such as catering and transfers for clients, ensuring seamless travel arrangements. • Contributing to the maintenance of supplier relationships.   Full training will be provided.   What We're Looking For:   We are in search of motivated individuals who are eager to learn and make meaningful contributions to our team.   The ideal candidate will possess:  • A passion for the role and a keen interest in gaining experience within the aviation industry. • Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in administrative tasks. • The capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. • A positive demeanour and readiness to support the team, even during night shifts and weekends. • A desire to learn and actively participate in business enhancement endeavours. • A strong work ethic and an unwavering passion for aviation.   Location:   This position offers remote work opportunities with occasional travel requirements.
