BRITA Vivreau have an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical trainer to join the team in Uxbridge to deliver comprehensive technical training using BRITA HQ methods to internal teams & partners, ensuring proficiency in installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across our product range. This is a pivotal role within our Technical Excellence team as Product Training, Quality & Safety Expert in Uxbridge, to champion excellence in product training, quality and safety, driving continuous improvement across BRITA Vivreau . The purpose of the role Is to deliver Technical Product Training - delivering agreed levels of Product Mastery across BRITA Vivreau UK & external partners to ensure employees & partners can perform their roles effectively, safely and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Role Responsibilities will include
- To deliver all product training onboarding, annual refresher training, quality audits and assessments for all BRITA Vivreau field engineers & external partners, ensuring all on-site working practices, and BRITA quality standards are maintained in-line with all local, BRITA HQ, onsite ACOP/Legislation and comply with latest Health & Safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality and safety standards, updating documentation and methods to comply with legislation and H&S requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for remote training sessions and actively communicate product, quality, and H&S updates through various channels, and coordinate logistics for remote training sessions and activities, including venues, tools and equipment.
- Investigate product quality issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop improvement solutions and conduct on-site quality assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Complete annual assessments across all internal/external field engineers ensuring correct working practices, quality and H&S standards are maintained.
- Test/investigate reported product quality issues, collating data / findings of product defects in order to feed accurate information into local quality reporting process and develop improvement solutions with local & BRITA HQ ‘stakeholders’.
- You will have at least 3 years technical or product training experience, and / or Train The Trainer delivery methodology/coaching
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally have an understanding of either DWI Microbiology and/or Water regulations, however we will assist you with the accreditation training
- You'll need a high level of computer literate
- Due to the requirement of the role, you will need to be in possession of clean valid driving licence in order to travel and be prepared for an occasional away trips
