Looking for someone at partner level in a commercial practice.They are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Commercial lawyer to join the team as a salaried partner and to also take an active role within the Technology and Innovation sector group. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work with an existing client base. The role also offers the opportunity for real career progression. The right individual will be able to grow a London and national practice, building on an already strong reputation, which this firm has and using existing legal services programmes to add new business. The role need not be fulfilled full-time from the London office as they have developed flexible working practices with remote working across the team. However, they would expect the candidate to use their London presence and reputation to help grow the business, supporting clients in London and nationally. Experience and Skills Required:Experience of advising large corporates as well as innovative/disruptive businesses that are "scaling up"* Contributing and playing a key role in London marketing initiatives and seminars* Experience of commercial contract drafting and advice* Experience of IT & communications hardware/ systems and/or support services agreements The Candidate: * Strong interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels (written and verbal).* A commercial, pro-active and professional approach to work.* Excellent organisational skills, demonstrable examples of multi-tasking and an ability to juggle competing priorities. * Must interact well with others in a sensitive and effective way - a team player.
