Legal Counsel

In-House Legal Counsel Remote working (office locations across the country)£80,000 per annum + Benefits Will consider a 4 or 5 day working week. Permanent Opportunity Professional Services/ Recruitment In-house Legal Counsel is required to join a global talent solutions company on a permanent basis to support the renewal of a large public sector contract. What the In-house Legal Counsel will be doing;

• You will be joining an existing legal team and be part of a newly created role to support a large renewed contract which has expanded its services and continues to grow as they offer different talent solutions across its public sector clients
• You will be drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts to include customer contracts, supplier contracts which include additional bespoke terms from either the supplier or customer requests alongside contract disputes
• Issuing contract variations and advising the team on statement of works contracts
• Undertaking and developing legal training to upskill the sales teams as required

• Legal Qualification in the UK and have experience within a commercial setting
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team to support different stakeholders both internally and externally
• In-house or Private Practice experience ideally (those with professional services or outsourcing background is desirable) Public procurement would be desirable but is not a necessity for the role.
