The Role As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting clients within SLA's and accurately providing solutions both remotely and occasionally on site. Your technical know-how and excellent customer service skills is the key that lets you provide effective solutions to clients. Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum of two years hands-on experience in a comparable position.
- Experience working in an MSP environment.
- Familiarity with Network Assistance (routers / switches) and workstation assistance (Windows).
- Extensive expertise with Printers and assorted hardware.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Assistance and Office 365.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding communication proficiencies (Verbal and Written).
