Digital Project Coordinator / Manager

Vanguard 86 is a inbound digital marketing agency and HubSpot Platinum Partner Agency with the main office based in New Plymouth. We’re looking for a Digital Project Coordinator/Manager to join our experienced team. You will be responsible for the planning, production and delivery of client projects, so you’ll know what first-class client management looks like. You’ll deliver to the brief, on time, every time. To make this happen, you’ll be highly organised and your attention to detail is second to none. You can spot the red flags from a mile away and have the nous to come up with solutions that work for our clients. You have quality front of mind, and it's evident in your work, day in, day out. As you’re the main point of contact for clients, you will be a confident communicator, and you’ll know how to read people, ensuring our relationships with our clients are built to last. You’ll have a growth mindset and will champion continuous improvement in all aspects of our business. Ideally, you’ve worked in a similar role in a related field, along with a relevant tertiary qualification (or equivalent life experience). This role is based in New Plymouth, however we are open to remote/hybrid working for the right person. You never know if you don’t reach out!
