- The Site Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parcels at the site. Responsibilities include handling arrival and delivery scans, conducting parcel audits, updating system records, providing customer service, managing cash collection and reconciliation, and performing cancellation and departure scans. The Site Officer must adhere to operational guidelines and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Arrival scan: arrive all parcels from DC accurately and timely
- Delivery scan: Initiate all delivery scan on parcels for courier and confirm the actual number of parcels taking out.
- Issue parcel Audit: Initiate right issue parcel after audit calls to verify authenticity of issue parcels. All Rescheduled parcels should be physically check. It’s not allowed to virtually state issue parcel without physically present.
- Daily system update of cancellations, issue parcels, stayed beyond SLA and many others as required.
- Attend to walk in customer that wants to send or picks parcels.
- Cash Collection, COD reconciliation and deposits of cash in the bank.
- Cancellation and departure scan: daily backlog check for cancel/rejected parcels; Ali economy 30 days and standard parcel 7 days and hand the aged parcels to
- And many others as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in logistics, parcel handling, or customer service preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in parcel processing.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for data entry and system updates.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
