Salary : £35,000 - £39,000 depending on skills and experience. Work Model : Flexible working – Opportunity for a combination of in-office and remote work. The Role : We are on the hunt for a proficient Data Analyst with a specialisation in Microsoft Excel to bolster our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the precision and efficacy of our data operations, crucial for detailed reporting and analysis within our business frameworks. Key Responsibilities :

  • Masterfully manage and analyse data using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques including macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas
  • Ensure accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance across various internal reports and databases
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies or errors in data, ensuring accuracy at all levels
  • Spearhead the development and preparation of comprehensive reports by compiling, organising, and analysing data
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various teams to collect essential data, ensuring a holistic approach to information gathering
  • Uphold strict confidentiality standards and robust security practices in handling sensitive information
  • Adhere to strict data integrity and security policies to maintain high data quality
Ideal Candidate :
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail with a zeal for precision
  • Experience in Power BI and Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Experience with other Microsoft Office tools such as Azure and Power Automate applications is beneficial
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with high efficiency
  • Strong communication skills and adept at cross-functional collaboration
  • Thrives in a team environment and can work effectively with diverse groups
Hiring Process :

  2. Face-to-face interview with the hiring manager (1 hour)
