  • £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary

With a broad and comprehensive induction programme you will be given some of the very best product training together with industry leading training/coaching methodology.
  • You will work with some of the largest and most recognised brands in the automotive retail sector.
  • Be instrumental from implementation to ‘Go Live’ and be an integral part of the DMS run out project.
  • You will coach, train and develop the Aftersales or Accounts teams within the retail dealerships on the new DMS platform ready for ‘Go Live’.
  • Support the aftersales dealer team and be the ‘product guru’ throughout the project.
About You: You will come from either an automotive retail sales and accounts dealer background with experience of working with retail dealership DMS platforms or work for a DMS provider and have a comprehensive understanding of the dealer/OEM environment. You will work in an incredibly autonomous and responsible role which will involve working away from home in various parts of the UK.
  • Previous DMS/CRM understanding is vital.
  • Previous training/coaching experience an advantage.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • A proven background in improvement and problem-solving activities/projects.
