Position: Leadership and Management Coach Location: Nationwide (Remote Work) Salary: Starting from £36,500 per year Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent License/Certification Required: D32/D33 or A1 License Experience:
- Management: Preferred 3 years
- Coaching: Preferred 2 years

- A confident and professional demeanor, capable of inspiring others
- Leadership or management experience with valuable insights to share
- Familiarity with management apprenticeship standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Providing coaching and support to learners throughout their program, including End-Point Assessment (EPA)
- Offering Functional Skills support as needed
- Conducting virtual observations to gather evidence of progress
- Supporting Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) activities
- Participating in peer-to-peer moderation and observation
- Monitoring learner attendance and on-the-job (OTJ) hours
- Conducting remote learner sessions and reviews
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with audits
