POSITION OVERVIEW Relationship management with customers and prospects - conducting meetings, organizing roadshows, converting prospects. This position will be based in São Paulo (work model: in pearson). Tho role will also required travelling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Be responsible, together with the Sales Brazil team, for local capital raising for Patria products
  • Actively monitor the market (peers and trends) to identify opportunities and risks in relation to the funds.
  • Develop and update the area's prospect base according to the fundraising strategy.
  • Support fundraising preparation: materials, documents, roadshows (geography and target list), due diligence, negotiation of terms.
  • Master LPAs and fund regulations.
  • Ownership when presenting Pátria's products to customers.
  • Ensure the integrity of the materials produced by the area.
  • Evaluate KPI and SLA monitoring reports and direct necessary actions to ensure achievement of results.
  • Develop the skills and competencies of the most junior team.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of experience, with a focus on sales for institutional clients;
  • Solid experience with prospecting and relationship development and knowledge and experience developing relationship with institutional clientes
  • Knowledge of products alternatives.
  • Experience engaging with investors in a consultative, asset allocation-type discussion in “solutions” oriented approach as opposed to solely a “product push” format.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts to diverse audiences, with proven success in exceeding sales investment targets.
  • Fluent English.
