Your Role As a Finance and Administration Manager , you will be primarily responsible for:- Managing Expenses and ensuring adequate funds are available for operations. Ex-penses filed timely and reconciled appropriately. Inclusive management of cash ad-vances, petty cash management, disbursement of claims and staff benefits on a timely manner.
- Involvement of Audit/Tax, Company Secretarial , for regulatory bodiematters. Inclusive resolutions for AGM, audited financial state-ments, and banking-related activities.
- Involvement of legal compliance with Company laws and timely submission of the com-pany’s annual return and full accounts by the statutory deadline.
- Legal affairs involvement by liaising with legal teams on contractual matters, ensuring proper filing of all contracts, NDAs, and managing premises licenses. This would include managing ins such as the Com-panies Commission of Malaysia (CCM), Inland Revenue Board, and liaising with tax agents on corporate taxsurance matters via liaising with insurance brokers on policies, renewals, payments, and vetting policies for accuracy.
- Providing assistance to management on budgetary matters, preparing annual admin budgets, and monitoring of actual expenses versus budget on a quarterly basis.
- Independent Administration of office with limited input from senior management while being cost conscious.
- Bank reconciliation is an integral part of this role. Maintaining records, receipts of daily transactions, and handling of company expenses on a monthly basis.
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative/finance/expense policies, proce-dures and internal control
- Detailed inventory databases maintenance, by means of updating equipment purchases, and handling the issuance of purchase orders for necessary equipment.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fi-nance, Human Resources, Accounting (preferable)
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Fluent in Bahasa and English (spoken and written)
- Full-time, Open-Ended contract
- Office based role in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Salary range: RM 8,500 – RM 10,000 gross per month
- Start Date: as soon as possible
- Citizenship or valid work authorization required
