Full Job Description Purpose: The Estimating Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of incoming and outgoing Estimates. They must maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting customer needs promptly. Additionally, they are expected to contribute to a positive working environment and provide support for office and sales tasks as required. Key Responsibilities: Quoting:

• Manage both incoming and outgoing Estimates efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive records of past and current Estimates.
• Keep Account Managers and/or customers informed about the progress of Estimates.
• Provide accurate Estimates in accordance with Company Procedures.
• Address queries from Account Managers/customers promptly and professionally.

Relationship Management / Customer Service:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Promote Company products and services while understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery by promptly resolving issues and inquiries.
• Foster ongoing relationships to support business growth and development.

Professional Development:

• Willingly undertake required training to meet position requirements.
• Actively seek opportunities for knowledge expansion and skill development.
• Maintain effective working relationships to achieve optimal business outcomes.
