Senior Land Surveyor
We currently have a huge opportunity for a Land Surveyor who has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in New Zealand to join our growing company. We are after a Land Surveyor who is looking for either more responsibility or more variety in work. You will lead projects, lead staff and be directly involved in winning new business whilst maintaining and strengthening existing relationships. You must enjoy a mixture of technical and commercial responsibilities and have excellent communication skills. In addition, you will ideally have:- Experience in using Landonline and 12d
- Experience in preparing Resource Consents and management of the subdivision/development process.
- Experience in staff training and mentoring
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Interest/experience working with laser scanners
- Licensed Cadastral Surveyor would be an advantage
