The purpose of the role is to support the Home Healthcare team in delivering a high-quality service by carrying out a wide range of administration and coordination support duties. Some Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and schedule client visits for Care Managers.
- Supporting members of the Homecare team as required within capabilities.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes and reports when required.
- Process all referrals and changes accurately and in required timeframe.
- Process ACC Completion and Exception Reports in required timeframe.
- Provide administration support to Care Managers.
- Welcoming visitors and attending to their enquiries.
- Booking and arranging meetings, Support worker forums and events.
- Provide cover for Care Place Coordination when required.
- Strong experience in Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, Publisher.
- Minimum of 2 years broad administration experience.
- Some knowledge of the health & disability sector preferred.
- Professional manner and presentation.
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
- High level of initiative with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and also in a team.
- An ability to work under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible and self-motivated.
