Finance Shared Service Head

Are you an experience Head of Finance Shared Service based in Kuala Lumpur? Our client, a leading management consultancy with a global, remote team are looking for someone just like you to join their them. Paying MYR 15000 - 20000 this is interesting role, working as part of a talented team. In this role you will: Lead and oversee the Finance Shared Services function in Kuala Lumpur, ensuring the efficient delivery of finance-related services to internal stakeholders and clients. Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the Finance Shared Services team in alignment with the overall organizational goals. Manage and optimize finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and other accounting functions, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase automation, and standardize procedures to achieve operational excellence and cost savings. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance teams, business units, and senior management, to understand their needs and deliver high-quality services. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls to mitigate risks and maintain financial integrity. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their growth and career advancement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related projects, system implementations, and process enhancements to drive business growth and innovation. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics and financial data to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve financial performance.
