Responsibilities:   We are seeking a diligent and highly organized Studio Manager to lead and oversee the workflow, creative process, and production efforts of our regional in-house Creative Studio. Reporting into the Head of Creative, this role is essential for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the creative initiatives and projects in bringing our vision to “power communities to live, work and thrive in tomorrow’s cities” to life. As the Studio Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations of our in-house team of designers, video editors and producers. Your focus will be on optimizing the workflow, enhancing the creative process, and overseeing the production efforts of a dynamic team. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our creative projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Management: Implement and streamline efficient workflow processes to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination within the creative team and with stakeholders.
  • Infrastructure Optimisation: Build and/or optimise workflow infrastructure including recommending tools, subscriptions and platforms and ensuring they are efficiently managed.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee and manage project timelines, resources, and deadlines, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
  • Creative Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Creative to enhance and refine the creative process, from concept development to final execution.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including designers, video editors, and producers, to projects in a manner that maximizes team productivity.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for creative output, ensuring that all deliverables align with the company's brand and quality guidelines.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget management, monitoring project expenses and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Team Support: Work closely with the creative team to address their needs, provide guidance, and facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, UXUI, and technology, to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Head of Creative on project status, resource utilization, and any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement .
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a studio management or project management role, ideally within an agency or in-house studio with a regional remit.
  • English fluency is mandatory; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration across functions.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with project management software and creative tools to facilitate project tracking and coordination e.g. Jira, Bynder, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Budget management experience and financial acumen.
  • An understanding of design, video production, and creative processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A proactive mindset, capable of identifying and addressing potential roadblocks in the creative process.
