Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE   Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance, including concerning relevant crypto and financial regulation
• Provide legal guidance and counsel in coordination with cross-functional teams to effectively respond to the ongoing monitoring by a government-appointed Monitorship of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance programs
• Partner closely with cross-functional and regional teams, supporting on complex legal matters of diverse complexity, sensitivity, and significance

Requirements and skills  

• Qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of experience at a reputable global law firm
• In-house experience is a plus
• A proven history in litigation and contentious regulatory matters
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state
• A comprehensive understanding of both AML and sanctions compliance programs
• Robust analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Capable of working proactively in both independent and team environments
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products (including spot trading, margin trading, futures, and options) is essential
