As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are actively seeking candidates fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English to support our clients who predominantly communicate in these languages. Job Summary and Qualifications The ideal candidate has keen attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, tech savvy and has mindset growth personality. We are looking for a candidate that can easily adapt in a fast-paced working environment and can work under pressure. The main function will be the following:
  • Provide virtual support on onboarding new tenants application, and onboarding.
  • Administer new management tasks, arrears, routine inspection and repair and maintenance. He/She will be the point person to coordinate with other team departments, suppliers or vendors related to maintenance concerns.
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, identify safety hazards, and ensure compliance with property standards and regulations.
  • Help through addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support in general admin tasks, database management and other admin tasks assigned.
  • Prepare lease and agreement, and other documents that need signature via DocuSign or for physical signature by the client.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm SYD ( 7 AM to 4 PM MY with 1 hour lunch break unpaid) Work hours required : 40 hrs per week Requirements: The main qualities for a successful candidate are:
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese . Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Knowledge in reading or writing Mandarin/ Cantonese is a PLUS.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Tech savvy and can work in minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and trustworthy
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE)
  • Has own equipment (Laptop or Desktop) at least core i3 or i5 and a back-up equipment
  • Stable internet connection (at least 50 to 100 mbps upload and download)
  • Conducive home-office work set-up and noise canceling headset. Benefits and Incentives
