Job Description:
- Overall operational project management.
- Operational team leadership and development.
- Client interaction support and satisfaction.
- Quality and standards compliance.
- Budget and resource management.
- Strategic planning.
- Lead the Continuous Improvement Program.
- Establish operational management governance.
- Systematization of operations and adoption.
- Enhance operational organization structure and roles.
- Develop performance standard and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology.
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices.
- Work with customers to present a business and technical perspective on the companys solutions.
- Facilitating demonstrations training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services.
- Preparing tenders proposals and quotations.
- Providing presales and postsales support.
- Explore opportunities to cross sell and upsell to existing clients.
- Provide advisory and consulting services to clients to develop future requirements.
- Lead at least one stretch project continuously.
- Minimum 8 years managerial experience in the industrial automation and robotics industry.
- Experienced in sales operations and business development.
- Experienced in business process optimization and improvement.
