- Oversee the planning, project management and execution of large company wide events – including Festive related and any other company wide employee engagement activities.
- Plan and execute company wide townhalls on a quarterly basis.
- Plan and execute Astro Leads ++ Meetings for top leadership on a quarterly basis.
- Plan and execute People Surveys and analyze results.
- Own the internal Employee Recognition (MVP) program plan on a quarterly basis.
- Oversee the Internal Communication plan, including developing Internal Comm Guidelines. This includes writing content, reviewing/editing comms and designing visuals for comms.
- Own the Employer Branding plans and budget – including Career Fair planning and Graduate Program/Scholarship branding with Young Talent team.
- Develop Employer Branding Guidelines, plus link up with Marketing team for latest branding information.
- Work on Culture related Employee Engagement initiatives.
- Preferable to have a degree in Marketing, Business or Communications. However, if you have a different degree but have the skills we are looking for, you are also encouraged to apply.
- Have at least 8-10 years working experience in Event Planning, Project Management, Communications and/or Employee Engagement.
- Must be able to develop frameworks for employee engagement and manage communication/talent branding programs, thinking in a structured manner.
- Should have previous hands-on experience in planning and executing large scale events.
- S trong project management skills. Capable of managing multiple programs and activities simultaneously.
- Must have good speaking and writing skills in English. Ability to demonstrate creative writing skills in English is an added advantage.
- Having some creative media and design experience for visuals using Canva or Adobe tools will be an added advantage.
- Have strong sense of teamwork. Able to communicate with people at various seniority levels and work together in a project or team environment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Powerpoint.
