Responsibilities
- To maintain positive relationships with customers.
- To identify customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Leading the service delivery team managing conflict and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Assessing customer feedback to establish improve and refine delivery services to be organised and meeting deadlines.
- To build partnerships and liaising with outlet managers/area coach to deliver food in time.
- To manage all restaurant online deliveries from GrabFood FoodPanda ShopeeFood and any other ecommerce portals.
- Adhoc duty assigned by the management.
- Diploma/ Degree in operations management or any related/relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Operations/Sales and Delivery management position or similar.
- Has experienced in has experience in handling sales/delivery sections.
- Has experience in estimating departmental requirements preparing budgets and scheduling expenditures.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language
