Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HOD) to fulfill hiring needs efficiently. 2. Execute endtoend recruitment processes including job postings screening and interviewing. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the hiring process. HR Operations and Policy Management: 1. Manage daytoday HR operations independently. 2. Regularly review and optimize HR policies compensation structures and employee benefits. 3. Handle employee relations matters providing guidance and support. Training and Development 1. Adjust training strategies based on feedback and evolving organizational needs. 2. Source and evaluate external training opportunities to address specific departmental needs. Administrative Support: 1. Oversee general administrative tasks such as document management filing and office organization. 2. Assist in maintaining accurate records including employee files and HR databases. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR roles. 2.
