Position Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Event Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of our touring activations, ensuring flawless delivery and exceptional customer experiences. From concept development to on-site management, the Event Producer will oversee all aspects of our events, leveraging their project management skills and industry expertise to drive success. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of touring activations, managing all aspects of event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and venues, negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure smooth event delivery.
• Oversee the production of event materials, including signage, branding, and promotional collateral, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
• Provide on-site management and support during events, overseeing set-up, operations, and breakdown to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future event planning and strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in event production, with a proven track record of delivering successful activations and touring events.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing touring activations or similar mobile events, including logistics planning, venue coordination, and on-site management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to planning and execution, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all event deliverables.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to travel as required.

• £30-£40k depending on experience
