What this opportunity involves: Are you a seasoned program management expert, with a passion for strategic planning, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to drive impactful and transformative change? JLL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategic Program Manager to join our team, leading the delivery of strategic programs that exceed client expectations and create lasting value. An Overview of the role:

• Lead the identification, planning, execution and evaluation of complex strategic programs that drive impactful and lasting change
• Identify and mitigate risks while effectively managing program budgets, costs, resources, and timelines
• Define tasks to achieve desired outcomes and support ongoing aligned with client objectives
• Establish a streamlined and robust governance structure for seamless communication, reporting, and decision-making
• Advocate for the client's best interests, delivering exceptional value and cultivating strong client relationships
• Produce comprehensive and insightful reports that provide actionable recommendations and demonstrate tangible program impact
• Create repeatable methodologies that support design of programs and facilitate requirements gathering workshops to understand pain-points and objectives.
• Implement and enforce robust quality control systems to ensure exceptional program outcomes
• Validate and supervise deliverables produced by all stakeholders
• Lead and navigate change management initiatives, clarifying purpose and benefits
• Research customer needs and competitive landscapes to identify and pursue potential business opportunities

• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs that drive strategy realisation and result in significant business process improvements for operational efficiency.
• Extensive experience in leading the development of compelling program proposals that go beyond value propositions, incorporating innovative approaches, comprehensive scopes and that drive tangible impact, realistic timelines and pricing that align with client expectations and JLL's value proposition.
• Possess an advanced degree in a relevant business, project, or program management discipline
• Have ten (10) years of experience leading programs with a track record of achieving exceptional outcomes
• Demonstrate expertise in change management planning and implementation
• Showcase a comprehensive understanding of program management principles, frameworks, and tools
• Excellent skills in influencing and motivating internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and digital reporting systems
• Track record of developing and presenting compelling proposals, aligning client needs and organisational objectives
