FIRM This represents a rare opportunity with a well established firm based in Milton who are experiencing strong growth. This firm has a strong brand and an excellent reputation in the accounting industry. The firm is advisory focussed and moving away from a traditional model. The firm culture is positive with very low staff turnover. The firm has exceptional systems and processes in place. POSITION Due to strong growth and internal restructuring, the position of Business Services Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing work completed by a motivated team
• High level advisory and complex compliance work
• Identifying new business opportunities in the current client base
• Take an active role in the development of the firm's brand

CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• CA/CPA
• 8-10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Previous experience reviewing work completed by staff
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience with advisory
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
