Service Technician - VIC Melbourne FullTime

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our friendly at Epping, VIC The Role We are seeking an experiencedField Service Technician to join our friendly, professional and highly drivenService & Warranty team to focus on the repairs and servicing of steelrainwater tanks, pumps and equipment. Your main responsibilities willbe:

• Service and repairs torural, built on site tanks, including removing and replacing liners,roofs, trusses, wall sheets and anodes
• Perform duties inaccordance with relevant SWMS, Policies and Procedures
• Perform qualityinspections of completed products
• Ensure compliance withrelevant OHS legislation
• Maintainingcommunication, and reporting on job status and repair issues with the team
• Cooperate with andsupport the compliance management system and encourage workplacecolleagues to do the same
• Develop employeeawareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participate incorrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

About You:

• Previous experience inlabouring, trades assistant, plumbers assistant, customer facing fieldwork or remote work which would include prolonged days away from home
• Full Unrestrictedmanual driver’s license
• Full Unrestrictedmanual MR license ideal, or a willingness to obtain
• Ability to take andpass a drug and alcohol screen and pre-employment medical as required
• Tickets - Current FirstAid Certificate, Construction White Card, Working At Heights, ConfinedSpaces, EWP, Forklift or a willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass anational Police Check
• Ensure compliance withrelevant OHS legislation, SWMS, and safety procedures
• Customer servicefocused with the ability to remain professional when communicating withcustomers
• Ability to withstandfrequent and prolonged Manual Handling including handling heavy loads andperforming physical tasks in sometimes difficult conditions
• Maintaining a clean andprofessional appearance at all times
• Basic PC skills
